Bailey Employment Services are looking for an Electrically Biased Food Production Engineer for our client in Caistor, Market Rasen in a full time permanent position following a successful trial period. Successful applicants will be experienced in working in a changing and challenging, food manufacturing environment with a good knowledge of introducing Lean Techniques.

We would expect a minimum education level of HNC in either mechanical or electrical engineering but would consider someone who can show impressive achievement within this work environment.

• Salary: £38,000.00 to £40,000 per year subject to skills and experience
• Expected working hours are rotating shifts Monday – Friday, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am. Expectation would be to work one Saturday in three
