Description
We are looking for a Contact Centre Executive for our Doncaster based client. The Contact Centre Executive is responsible for engaging constructively by telephone with young unemployed people from across the UK, explaining to them the benefits of work placements to enhance their skills and employability, carrying out diagnostic interviews with them, matching them against available work placements and smoothing the contact between employer and intern so that the internship is a success. Essential Criteria *Experience in working in a target driven environment • Experienced in the use of computer databases for the purposes of data entry • Fast and accurate data entry and typing/keyboard skills • Demonstrated customer service experience gained in a retail, call handling or any other related role in which regular interaction with customers was key to success in the role. • Demonstrable high quality interpersonal communication skills and positive, clear concise, accurate and friendly phone manner. • Demonstrated ability to plan work activities, and prioritise a range of connected activities to achieve overall outcomes required. • Demonstrated ability to make accurate well thought out and effective decisions that will have real consequences for other individuals. Desirable Criteria  Previous experience working in an contact centre environment  Previous experience of working extensively with young people  Previous experience of working in the recruitment, welfare to work or publically funded skills and training sectors  NVQ (or equivalent) in Customer Care or Contact Centre
