Description
Our Client is looking for a Key Account Executive for a 9 – 10 month maternity contract. The position will based in Cardiff city and the post holder will be acting as the interface between a major customer’s supply chain and our Client’s International network. Specific Duties: • To receive jobs from the insurer’s call center staff and to input into bespoke claim handling software • Speedily and efficiently allocate the jobs to the appropriate franchisee via telephone • To contact the customer to advise that Rainbow International has been instructed by the relevant insurer to assist to restore the buildings/contents, and that the local depot will contact them shortly to arrange a mutually convenient appointment. • Answer the telephone and deal with and process internal and external customer queries, etc. • To interrogate the insurance reports and liaise with depots to update claim handlers when required. • To develop internal relationships with the key account’s claim managers and staff. • To compile weekly and monthly reports for key account customers and the National Accounts department. • To undertake any other task as requested by your manager, and undertake other ad-hoc duties as required by the needs of the Department. Key skills & Experience • Experience within the insurance industry essential • Professional and diplomatic • Co-operative to all levels of customers and employees • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. • Enthusiastic and co-operative attitude. • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner. • Good educational standards, particularly in English language and grammar. • IT knowledge and skills. • Strong administrative background. • Quick and efficient • Discreet • Regular attendance at work. ** If successful, applicant's will have to apply for a CRB **
