Bailey Employment Services Ltd launched its Care Division in May 2003, and is proud to promote its rapid growth, having secured many prestigious contracts in the Wiltshire area.

We supply staff to people with Learning & Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Illness, Elderly People, and support to Carers who need a well deserved break either in a Residential or Domiciliary Homecare capacity. Our ultimate aim is to provide an exemplary service both to Services Users and Care Workers alike.

We do this by endeavouring to get it right, first time, every time! We only register staff that are of good character and sound integrity. They must be honest, trustworthy, punctual and possess good communication skills. To help us achieve this each new candidate is:

Personally interviewed
Has two work references taken
Enhanced CRB and POVA checks performed
Training and qualification certificates checked and copied
Eligibility checked to work in the country
Fully inducted and trained
